Thanks a Latte
Here's my card for October's second Viva la Verve sketch challenge. I had one more colored to go cup image from the Latte Love digi set on my desk, so I built my card around it.
I die cut a tag from kraft cardstock. After stamping the "thanks a latte" sentiment from Verve's Holiday Treats set on the tag and adding a twine tied paper button, I used foam tape to adhere the colored cup to the end of the tag. I covered an orange card base with some coordinating dotted orange patterned paper, then added half of a paper doily along the panel's left edge. The tag was adhered over the doily. A few orange-y sequins scattered around the cup completed the fall feeling design.
Materials Used:
Holiday Treats stamp set, Latte Love digi set (Verve Stamps); Memento Espresso Truffle ink (Tsukineko/IMAGINE Crafts); Tea Dye distress ink (Ranger); markers (Copic); Summer Sunrise cardstock (Papertrey Ink); Kraft cardstock (WPlus9); Double Dutch Tiny Tablet (Lily Bee Design); Traditional Tag Stax, Fishtail Flag Stax, and Blueprints 18 dies (My Favorite Things); twine; white paper doily; sequins; foam tape
