Here's my take on November's sketch at SugarPea Designs. I used the new to me Happy Mail stamp set for my card.
I colored the set's penguin image with Copic markers, then carefully cut out the colored image. I used a piece of neutral polka dotted paper for the panel behind the penguin. The panel's slanted edge really adds interest to the layout, doesn't it? After matting the panel on coordinating cardstock, I adhered it to a navy card base.
I stamped the set's "special delivery" sentiment in navy ink on a white circle cut with a die from the SugarCuts-Layered Treat Label die set. After adhering it to the cardfront with foam tape for dimension, I tucked a pair of fishtail flag strips cut with a die from the SugarCuts-Gift Tag die set underneath the edge of the circle.
